Five Quick tips for using your meal plan:
- Focus on recipes that appeal to you and your cooking style/dietary needs.
- Keep it simple – no need to try all new recipes every night (unless you enjoy that!)
- Maximize any meal prep. Maybe make a double batch of a favorite and put it in the freezer for an easy meal later on. Can you prep meat or veggies for two meals, eat one now and one later?
- Don’t skip the treats! The easy go-to desserts make it easy to have a sweet treat.
- Switch it up – life is short – try a variety of foods! You don’t want to get into a cooking rut – the internet is full of great recipes!
