Five Quick tips for using your meal plan:

  1. Focus on recipes that appeal to you and your cooking style/dietary needs.
  2. Keep it simple – no need to try all new recipes every night (unless you enjoy that!)
  3. Maximize any meal prep. Maybe make a double batch of a favorite and put it in the freezer for an easy meal later on. Can you prep meat or veggies for two meals, eat one now and one later?
  4. Don’t skip the treats! The easy go-to desserts make it easy to have a sweet treat.
  5. Switch it up – life is short – try a variety of foods! You don’t want to get into a cooking rut – the internet is full of great recipes!
