Questions: 5 strategic thinking questions

No- the first question is not – do you have a strategy – but it could be! 

Strategic thinking what is it you may ask?  In the words of the Dr. “You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself in any direction you choose!”  Dr. Seuss – Oh, the Places You’ll Go.  You are in charge of how you think about your business. You are also in charge of thinking up the strategies you implement in yoru business. So how do you get started? Ask some questions of course!

Strategic Thinking is a process:

1) What is the problem I’m trying to solve? Get clear on the actual problem not the symptom of a problem. 

2) What data do I need to gather to make a decision? What information will help you make the best decision

3) what is the desired outcome? What will change if I solve this problem?

4) What are the alternatives? Think outside the box.

5) What is the simplest solution? What solution is the easiest – don’t overcomplicate things. 

TAKE ACTION:
