CLARITY: How do you want to feel?

First FAB Friday in 2020!  Happy New Year and New Decade!  

There is a lot of pressure on these first few weeks of the year.  Do you feel it?  We have to have our goals written down and action plans put in place.  Then there are those darned resolutions!  

Of course I want you to write down your goals and have a clear plan of action to reach them, but one aspect you may not have thought about is how do you want to feel in 2020? 

As the image above implies, I want to feel happier in 2020!  I will cultivate that happiness by planning in things that make me happy, journaling about them to capture the moments. 

 I have a goal of getting in 10 paddle board sessions this summer – that brings me such happiness!  I have 8 already booked on my calendar starting in June.  Watch this email for more details on those sessions when I invite others to join me as a networking on paddle board session!

I also have some dinner parties on the calendar with old friends and new.  I love to entertain – it brings me happiness – so it’s scheduled in 2020!

So my questions to you is – how do you want to feel in 2020?
